Michelle Croci has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Ms. Croci brings and deep understanding of the Human Capital discipline. Michele has held several executive roles in Human Resources / Talent Management including Vice President of Talent Development for a larga national mortgage bank, Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Prudential Insurance and most recently Director of Talent Management for North America for a global financial services company, headquartered in Switzerland.
Ms. Croci has consulted with a wide range of industries (including electronics/entertainment, helth care, insurance, banking, high-tech, engineering and utilities) implementing enterprise-wide competency and integrated talent management initiatives, resulting in competency frameworks, leadership and management development programs and aligned HR processes. Since 2011 Ms. Croci has partnered with the Human Capital Institute facilitating the entire online suite of certification programs. She has also been a faculty member for the American Management Association for 15 years. Her expertise and consultation lie in a comprehensive array of Talent Management areas including Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Strategy, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Change Management, Leadership Development, and more.
Ms. Croci is certified in over 35 programs and holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Additional certifications include Certified Performance & Learning Professional (CPLP), Performance Consultant/Certified Performance Technologist-(CPT), Human Capital/Talent Management (Master Human Capital Strategist), SWP (Strategic Workforce Planner) and Organization Development/Effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition Strategy.
